Customize Stripe to Import Invoices Only After Payment
By default, Rillet imports invoices from Stripe as soon as they are finalized. However, if you prefer to only import invoices after payment has been received, you can adjust this setting in your Stripe integration. This is especially useful for high-volume or B2C organizations that want to streamline their workflow and manage cash flow more effectively.
To Enable Import Invoices Only After Payment:
Click your company logo in the lower-left corner of the screen.
Go to Organization Settings > Integrations.

Under Payments & Tax, select Stripe > Connected.

In the Stripe Subscriptions section, click Edit.

Find and enable the toggle labeled Sync invoice when paid.
(Optional): Set a threshold amount so that only payments above a certain value are imported.
(Optional): If your Stripe account supports multiple currencies, select the appropriate currency for the threshold.
Click Save to apply the changes.

Note: This setting only applies to future invoices. Invoices imported before enabling this setting will not be affected.
