Managing autopayment failures in Rillet ensures a smooth billing process and transparent customer communication.

Autopayment Failure Notifications

In the invoices list, an icon will appear next to an invoice when an autopayment failure occurs.

Note: Customers do not receive an automatic notification when a failure occurs.

Payment Attempt Schedule

Rillet will attempt to charge the default payment method up to three times before disabling autopayment for the customer:

  • 0 hours - Initial attempt

  • +1 hour - Second attempt

  • +24 hours - Final attempt

Users can review the history of autopayment failures in the Invoice History section.
