Managing autopayment failures in Rillet ensures a smooth billing process and transparent customer communication.
In the invoices list, an icon will appear next to an invoice when an autopayment failure occurs.
Note: Customers do not receive an automatic notification when a failure occurs.
Rillet will attempt to charge the default payment method up to three times before disabling autopayment for the customer:
0 hours - Initial attempt
+1 hour - Second attempt
+24 hours - Final attempt
Users can review the history of autopayment failures in the Invoice History section.
