Customer Payment Options in Rillet

When you receive an invoice from Rillet, you can choose between making a one-time payment or setting up autopay for future invoices.

To Pay via Stripe Link:

If online payments are enabled, your invoice email and PDF will include two options:

• Pay Online: Make a one-time payment for this invoice.

• Set Up Autopayments: Pay this invoice and enable automatic payments for future invoices.

To Make an One-Time Payment:

To pay online, click Pay Online in the email or invoice PDF. This will take you to a secure Stripe checkout page, where you can complete your payment.

To Set Up Autopayments:

If you want to enable autopay, click Set Up Autopayments in the email or invoice. You’ll be directed to the Billing Portal, where you can add a payment method.

Once autopay is active:

• Future invoice emails will only include a link to the Billing Portal.

• Your invoices will state that payments will be processed automatically.
