Single Sign-On (SSO) and Authentication Options
Rillet supports secure single sign-on (SSO) to help organizations manage access, reduce authentication risk, and maintain consistent security controls across internal IT systems and connected third-party services.
Organizations can authenticate users using the following methods:
Google SSO for teams using Google Workspace
Microsoft SSO for organizations using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Rippling SSO for centralized identity and workforce management
One-Time Passcode (OTP) authentication for users who do not use an external identity provider
By integrating with established identity providers, Rillet enables organizations to centralize authentication, enforce corporate access policies, and reduce reliance on locally managed credentials. This approach helps mitigate security risks related to user access, onboarding and offboarding, and third-party identity management.
Authentication methods are applied consistently across the Rillet application and across integrations, supporting organizational security requirements for IT operations, supply chain partners, and third-party services.
