Manage Accounting Fields Across Rillet and Ramp

Rillet integrates seamlessly with Ramp to automatically sync accounting activity related to credit card charges, vendor bills, reimbursements, and Ramp card payments.

Transactions Synced from Ramp

Rillet pulls the following items from Ramp on an hourly basis:

  • Credit Card Charges: Charges made to Ramp cards (physical or virtual) sync to Rillet as payables once they are marked as Ready to Sync in Ramp. For more information, see Sync Credit Card Charges.

  • Vendor Bills: Once approved for payment, vendor bills in Ramp automatically sync into the Bills section in Rillet. For more information, see Sync Vendor Bills.

  • Employee Reimbursements: Reimbursements submitted and marked Ready to Sync will be added to the Vendors view in Rillet. For more information, see Sync Employee Reimbursements.

  • Ramp Card Payments: Monthly Ramp card payments made from your bank account will appear in your Bank Feed and automatically match the related Ramp charges. For more information, see Sync Ramp Card Payments.

What to Expect from the Sync Process

  • Transactions sync from Ramp into Rillet once per hour.

  • You can manually trigger a sync from Settings > Integrations > Ramp in Rillet.

  • Rillet avoids duplicate entries by using Ramp’s unique transaction IDs.

  • Changes made in Ramp (edits or deletions) will be reflected in Rillet on the next sync.
