Viewing Fields in ARR/CARR Waterfall Reporting

The ARR/CARR Waterfall provides granular breakdowns based on your defined fields.

To Access and Utilize Fields in ARR/ CARR Waterfall:

1. Go to Reporting in the main menu.

2. Select ARR/CARR Waterfall from the Saas Metrics options.

   
3. Click the Filters dropdown menu to customize your view.

4. Check the boxes next to the categories you want to include, such as Stage > Enterprise or specific departments like Department > Engineering.

   

Example Use Cases

• Customer Segment Performance: Filter by Stage > Enterprise to evaluate the contribution of enterprise customers.

• Departmental Revenue Impact: Analyze revenue by department to identify teams that drive ARR growth.
