Roles define what each member can view and do in Rillet. Assigning multiple roles helps tailor access based on function and responsibility.
Assign multiple roles to give users different levels of access across your organization.
For example:
A user may have an Accountant Admin role at the organization level.
The same user can also have a Reviewer role for a specific subsidiary.
This flexibility lets you tailor permissions by responsibility and entity.
Quickly review or edit role definitions while assigning them to a member.
In the Edit Access window, click Manage Roles next to the role dropdown.
The Roles tab opens, allowing you to adjust settings or permissions.
After editing, return to the Members tab to continue assigning roles.
