Archive and Restore Members
You can manage member visibility and access without deleting their records. Use Archive to revoke access and Restore to reactivate archived users.
Archiving a Member
Archiving a member permanently revokes their access to the organization.
Click the company icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Go to Organization Settings.

Select Member & Roles > Members.
Locate the member you want to remove and click the More actions menu (⋯).
Select Archive member.

Click Archive Member to confirm the action.

Note
Archived members lose all access but remain visible in records for audit purposes.
Restoring a Member
Restore a previously archived user to grant access again.
Click the company icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Go to Organization Settings.

Select Member & Roles > Members.
Find the user you want to reactivate and click More actions menu (⋯).
Select Restore member.

Click Restore Member to confirm the action.

Note
Restored users regain their previously assigned roles. You can edit their access afterward if needed.
