Reauthenticating Rippling
If your Rippling connection to Rillet expires or encounters an error, you can reauthenticate it without losing your existing setup.
Reconnecting the Integration
Reconnecting Rippling ensures that data synchronization between both platforms continues without interruptions. This process only takes a few minutes and does not affect your existing payroll or employee configurations.
To reauthenticate Rippling:
Log in to your Rippling account at https://app.rippling.com/login.
Go to the Rillet app in Rippling and go to Settings.
Click Uninstall, then reinstall the app.
Return to Rillet and confirm that the Rippling integration shows as Connected.

All settings previously created in Rillet are preserved. However, review your integration settings after reinstalling, since some new fields or values may require configuration.
