Custom fields (Field {field_name})

When using custom fields in Rillet (for example, Department or Segment), you can include them in the journal entry template:

  • Update the template header with the field name in Rillet. Example: if the field is Department, the column header should be Field Department.

  • Add additional columns for other custom fields.

  • Enter field values on each line.

Protips:

  • Use General text format for all fields except Date.

  • Each line can only have a Debit or Credit Amount, not both.

  • Always upload the file in CSV format.
