You may need to remove certain transactions from your bank feed if they are not relevant to your records. In Rillet, you can exclude transactions directly from the Cash Reconciliation page.
Excluding a Transaction
Follow these steps to exclude a transaction from your bank feed:
Click your organization’s logo in the lower-left corner.
Select Organization Settings > Banks.
From the list of bank accounts, select the account associated with the transaction.
Locate the transaction you want to exclude and click the three-dot menu next to the transaction.
Select Exclude from bank feed.
Click Yes, confirm.
The transaction will now be excluded from your bank feed.
Including a Previously Excluded Transaction
If you need to include a transaction that was previously excluded, follow the same steps as above and select Include in bank feed.
Notes:
You can only exclude transactions that have not been reconciled.
