Custom Email for Invoicing
When sending invoices directly from Rillet, you may want those invoices to come from your company's email domain instead of Rillet's so your customers recognize the email address.
To set up your custom email domain, navigate to Organization Settings > Invoices > Communications.
Step 1: Input your custom email

Then navigate to the Custom email section, click Edit.

Input the email which you would like your invoices to be sent from and press Save.
Step 2: Rillet verification
Once saved, Rillet will verify the email set up. You will see Pending Verification status while your email is being set up. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Update DNS settings
Once verification is complete. You will receive a file from Rillet which which contains CNAMEs. Your engineering team will need to add the CNAMEs specified to their DNS settings. Optionally, you can also add amazonses.com to your SPF record.
Once you have completed this step, you're all set to start sending invoices with your custom email!
