Smart Contract Upload

The Smart Contract Upload feature brings automation to the heart of contract management in Rillet. Powered by Aura AI, it instantly converts your contract or order form into a ready-to-use Rillet contract—streamlining setup, minimizing errors, and accelerating your workflow.

To upload a smart contract:

  1. Go to Accounts Receivable > Contracts.

  2. Click the three dots (...) next to + Add Contract.

  3. Select Smart Contract Upload from the dropdown menu.

  4. Drag and drop your contract file or click Browse files to upload it.

Smart Contract Builder Results

Once processed, the contract is automatically populated in Rillet’s Contract Builder for user review and confirmation. Key details extracted include:

  • Dates - contract start and end terms

  • Products – product names and associated revenue mapping

  • Prices – product and service pricing along with discounts and tax amounts

  • Invoicing schedule – billing cadence pulled directly from the document

  • Revenue generation – schedules automatically created based on contracted products

This ensures the contract is ready for validation while keeping billing and revenue recognition aligned with the original agreement.

Review Contract Details

Once the contract is generated, it must be reviewed and confirmed before activation. This step ensures that all extracted information is accurate and ready to be used across invoicing and reporting modules.

To finalize the contract:

  1. Verify the contract terms using the standard Contract Builder workflow.

  2. Click Confirm Contract to complete the process.

After confirmation, the contract will appear in your active contracts list and becomes available for billing, reporting, and revenue recognition.
