Deletion Logs

The Deletion Logs report allows you to track deleted records across Rillet. Each log entry shows what was deleted, when the deletion occurred, and who performed the action. This ensures visibility and auditability for critical accounting data.

To Access Deletion Logs:

  1. Go to Reporting from the main menu.

  2. Select Close Reports > Deletion Logs.

Reviewing Deleted Entries

The Deletion Logs table displays a list of deleted records. For each entry, you can view:

  • Entry Name: the name of the deleted record

  • Entry Date: the original entry date of the record

  • Deleted At: the date when the deletion occurred

  • Deleted By: the user who deleted the record

You can filter logs by period using the Select a period dropdown at the top of the page.

Viewing Deleted Records

Click any entry name in the log to open the deleted record’s details. The record view shows:

  • The original entry data

  • A Deleted status banner for visibility

  • Line item details (if applicable)

  • History of the record before deletion
