Archiving a Member

Archiving a member removes their access to the organization's account without permanently deleting their information. This is useful for managing team members who no longer need access, while still retaining historical data.

To Archive a Member:

  1. Click the company icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Go to Organization Settings > Members & Roles.

  3. Find the member you wish to archive in the list.

  4. Click the three dots (•••) next to the member's name.

  5. Select Archive Member. A confirmation dialog will appear. Review the message indicating that the member will no longer have access to Rillet.

  6. Click Archive Member to confirm the action.

Once a member is archived, the action is permanent.
