Accessing and Using the AI Assistant
The AI Assistant helps you explore, analyze, and understand your financial data in real time. Follow these steps to use it:
Go to the main menu and click the AI Assistant icon located on the left-hand side of the screen.
Select from the suggested queries or enter your query in the prompt window (e.g., "What were my top 10 vendors in 2024?" or "Perform a flux analysis for February 2025").
Wait a few seconds while the AI processes your data. The result will be displayed, usually as a list or table depending on the type of question.
Tips:
To troubleshoot, try closing the AI window and reopening it before submitting a new question.
Be as specific as possible in your queries (include timeframes, departments, etc.).
