Use the AI Assistant to Analyze Your Financial Data

Speak to your financial data using natural language. You can ask questions like "What were my top 10 vendors in 2024?" or "Perform a flux analysis for February 2025" to get meaningful insights quickly.

To use the AI assistant:

1. Go to the main menu and click the AI Assistant icon located on the left-hand side of the screen.

1. Select from the suggested queries or enter your query in the prompt window (e.g., "What were my top 10 vendors in 2024?" or "Perform a flux analysis for February 2025").

Wait a few seconds while the AI processes your data. The result will be displayed, usually as a list or table depending on the type of question.

Tips:

• To troubleshoot, try closing the AI window and reopening it before submitting a new question.

• Be as specific as possible in your queries (include timeframes, departments, etc.).
