Uploading Bank Transactions
Transactions are created automatically when your bank feed is synced, but you’ll need to upload transactions manually if your bank isn’t available for a direct integration. Doing so is simple -- just follow the directions in this article.
First, navigate to your cash reconciliation page and select a bank account. You can find your chosen account by using the All Accounts search bar in the top left corner of your screen.
Once you’ve chosen an account, you’ll see a button appear in the upper middle part of your screen labeled Upload Transaction. Click this button.
In order to upload a transaction, you’ll need to use a template provided for you by Rillet. You can download this template by clicking the Download Template button.
When you open the template, you’ll see a number of required fields. Here’s what each of those fields are and what they mean:

The External Transaction ID is a very important unique identifier which can be used to override previously uploaded information. It's important to ensure you don't re-use previously uploaded IDs.
Once you’ve filled out at least the required fields, you can reupload the template with your edits. It’s recommended that you save a copy of the template to make updates to your original upload as needed.
After clicking the Upload button, your transaction will appear in your bank feed, and you’re all set!
