Setting up your Anrok Integration
The Anrok integration allows you to automate tax calculations for your invoices in Rillet. By integrating Anrok, you can ensure accurate tax handling based on predefined product mappings and tax codes.
To Connect Anrok to Rillet
Click your company logo in the lower-left corner.
Go to Organization Settings > Integrations.
Under Payments & Tax, select Anrok > Not Connected.
Enter your API Key from your Anrok account into the designated field in Rillet.
Set the Sync Data From Date to specify when Anrok should start automating tax calculations.
Click Next Step →.
Map Product IDs
Log in to your Anrok account.
Go to the Product IDs section.
Define the tax categories for your products:
Specify which product IDs are non-taxable.
Assign tax categories for taxable products (e.g., B2B software).
Copy the exact product IDs from Anrok and make sure they match precisely to avoid errors during mapping.
Once completed in Anrok, navigate back to Rillet and complete the following steps:
Assign a tax code for minimum commitments. Minimum commitments
Match each product in Rillet to its corresponding product ID in Anrok.
Use the default product ID option to simplify mapping for a long product list.
Manually update only the products that require different tax categories
Once you complete the mappings, click the Finish setup button to apply the integration settings.
Ensure that all product IDs in Rillet match those in Anrok exactly to prevent errors.
