Setting up your Anrok Integration

The Anrok integration allows you to automate tax calculations for your invoices in Rillet. By integrating Anrok, you can ensure accurate tax handling based on predefined product mappings and tax codes.

Before starting the integration, ensure you can access your Anrok account and the necessary API key.

To Connect Anrok to Rillet

  1. Click your company logo in the lower-left corner.

  2. Go to Organization Settings > Integrations.

  3. Under Payments & Tax, select Anrok > Not Connected.

  4. Enter your API Key from your Anrok account into the designated field in Rillet.

  5. Set the Sync Data From Date to specify when Anrok should start automating tax calculations.

Note:

  • All invoices created after this date will include automatic tax calculations.

  • Invoices created before this date will either lack tax calculations or use manually entered tax data.

Map Product IDs

  1. Log in to your Anrok account.

  2. Go to the Product IDs section.

  3. Define the tax categories for your products:

    1. Specify which product IDs are non-taxable.

    2. Assign tax categories for taxable products (e.g., B2B software).

  4. Copy the exact product IDs from Anrok and make sure they match precisely to avoid errors during mapping.

Once completed in Anrok, navigate back to Rillet and complete the following steps:

  1. Assign a tax code for minimum commitments. Minimum commitments

  2. Match each product in Rillet to its corresponding product ID in Anrok.

    1. Use the default product ID option to simplify mapping for a long product list.

    2. Manually update only the products that require different tax categories

  3. Once you complete the mappings, click the Finish setup button to apply the integration settings.

Consult your Anrok team to determine the appropriate tax treatment for minimum commitments and other products
